Apple crumble

Ingredients

Apple filling
Approx 500g apples
100g sugar
1tbsp flour
Crumble 
300g plain flour
Pinch of salt
175g sugar
200g butter

Method

For the filling
Peel, core and slice apples into deep dish or tray
Sprinkle on sugar and flour and stir
For the crumble
Mix together the rest of the flour, sugar and salt
Crumble in the butter in small pieces with fingers and rub into the dry ingredients until resembles breadcrumbs
Pour crumble onto apple mixture
Cook in a preheated oven at 180*c until golden brown and fruit is bubbling (approx 45 mins)
Eat and enjoy!
